// Join the team
We're a small team doing something we genuinely love — and we're always looking for the right people to grow with us.

Pure Trails takes small groups of like-minded people to some of the most spectacular trails on the planet. If you share that passion and want to be part of it, we'd love to hear from you.

2026 season: Our guiding team is currently at capacity for 2026. However, we are actively building our guide bank for future seasons and welcome applications at any time. Exceptional candidates may be considered for remaining 2026 availability.
Pure Trails guides on adventure
// Life at Pure Trails
Run the world's best trails. Get paid to do it.

Our guides lead trips from Albania to the Himalayas, the Amalfi Coast to the Lofoten Islands — destinations that most people only dream of visiting. You'll do it as your job.

But the role is about much more than running. You'll be responsible for the experience of every guest on your trip — their safety, their enjoyment, their memories. That's a privilege we take seriously, and we expect our guides to as well.

We're a small, tight-knit team. Everyone who joins brings something essential. If you have the experience, the personality and the drive, we want to know about you.

// What we look for in everyone
The non-negotiables.
People first, always
Technical running ability matters — but it's secondary to how you make people feel. Our guests are trusting us with their holiday. We need guides who understand what that means.
Zero ego
We don't hire people who need to prove themselves on the trail. We hire people who want to elevate everyone around them. Humility, encouragement and quiet confidence are what we look for.
Genuinely world-ready
Our trips run in remote, challenging environments across multiple continents. You'll need to be calm under pressure, adaptable when plans change, and confident making decisions in the field.

Think you'd be a good fit?

We'd love to hear from you. Send a short video via WhatsApp or drop your CV to Charlie directly — and tell us which destinations excite you most.
